People on your block list will still be blocked even if they change name. Their name will also be automatically updated on your block list so there is no way that they can communicate with you unless you unblock them.

If after changing your appearance you would like to go back to your old look, you may need to do this manually. There is no way to automatically go back to the old appearance of your character.
